Horizontal recoiler recoiling process features: control speed to control the recoiling tension.
Horizontal recoiler recoiling process:
Controlling the tension must control the speed: after the strip head leaves the rolling mill, the speed of the roller table must be greater than the rolling speed, in order to prevent stacking. After entering the pinch rolls, the pinch rolls must be at a higher speed than the rolls to establish tension.
2.The role of the auxiliary roll: the head of the rolled piece enters between the roll and the roll by the guide. After 2-3 turns, the roll can be released (except for the thick plate).
3. The reel and the rolling mill are accelerated and curled.
4. At the end of the recoiling, the pinch roll speed must be less than the roll speed to maintain tension. Also, the curling speed should be low to keep the curl stable.
