550 mm Hot Rolling Strip Line in Delong Thailand Co., Ltd. Hot Load Test One-Off Successfully

On Sep 16.2015, Tianzhongzhongzhi run in 550 mm hot rolling strip line in Delong Thailand Co., Ltd. on hot load one-off successfully, and rolled two strip coils. The success means Tianzhongzhongzhi goes a firm step in exploiting abroad market. The success also is the marker that Tianzhongzhongzhi goes into abroad market.Delong(Thailand)Co.,Ltd is founded by Delong abroad subcompany with three Thailand companies.It is located in Zhongtai Industry Park,Luoyong,Thailand. Tianzhongzhongzhi took on all the mechanical equipments and matching electric、hydraulic system,and took on reheat furnace、high-press water descaling system、main motors and all pipe’s purchase.This line is also the first whole project containing mechanical、electronic、hydraulic equipments that our company signed directly with abroad owner. This line adopted the form of continuously rolling and hydraulically pressing. Vertical mill adopted the control of AWC&SSC and finishing mill adopted the AGC system; to advance the quality of product and to reduce the pollution of the dust, finishing mill adopted sinter-plate filter.To guarantee the quality of product,our company founded “project team of Delong(Thailand)” .Our general manager Mr Ma was the headman and the general engineer. Mr Sun was assistant headman. This team checked strictly on the design、manufacture、assembly of all the equipments. The equipments were not standard、the shape was irregular、the single quantity was large, so the manage member had to communicate many times with the customhouse and the sea transportation company about the customs declaration、packing and sea transportation. The designer designed the packing mode together and ensured the safe arrival of equipment on time.During the installing and testing period,our company sent more than twenty mechanical、electrical、hydraulic engineers to offer service to the spot. They overcame the difficulties of the language and the high temperature and worked shoulder to shoulder. All the efforts ensured the hot-load test past successfully one time.The owner agreed fully our member’s spirit of service and dedication.
