line.
In continuous production line for colored steel strip, in order
to meet the requirements and ensure of the continuous production
process, the color coating line should be broadly divided into a number
of different tension partitions, so it is very important to install and
control the tensioner unit. To guarantee the stability of high speed of
whole line, the tension roller group mostly adapts direct tension closed
loop control, to reduce the investment and energy saving at the same
time.
